Return Policy

*** All Return Requests must be submitted within 3 business days of receipt of an Order ***

 

(1) Guarantee of Condition Upon Delivery
     All books  are guaranteed to be in Excellent to Mint condition upon delivery.
    
Minor flaws from the printing process are considered normal and are not included in this guarantee.

(2) Return of Books ( unsold books are not returnable for any reason )
     Books may be returned for any one of the following reasons:
           - The book(s) was received in less than excellent condition as defined in paragraph (1).
           - The book(s) did not meet your expectations of quality and professionalism.
           - Other: Any reason not defined under the paragraph (2), is specific and has just cause.

(3) Return of Merchandise ( unsold merchandise is not returnable for any reason )
     Merchandise may be returned for any one of the following reasons:
           - The product(s) received was damaged or defective
           - The product(s) did not meet your expectations of quality and professionalism.
           - Other: Any reason not defined under the paragraph (3), is specific and has just cause.

(4) Return Requests
     - Must be submitted within 3 business days of receipt of an Order. No Exceptions.
     - Email us at 
contact@outerverse.com, use RETURNS as the subject. Provide your name and order
       number as it appears on your order receipt from PayPal. Provide an explanation for returning the
       merchandise as set forth in paragraph (2) or (3) of the Return Policy.

(5) Refund or Replacement
     Refunds will be processed upon receipt of defective books or merchandise.
       - Customers requesting REFUNDS will be responsible for shipping back defective items.
       - Please allow 3-5 business days for refund checks to arrive at your shipping address.
     Replacements will be processed upon receipt of defective books or merchandise.
       - Customers requesting REPLACEMENTS will be responsible for shipping back defective items.
       - Please provide a copy of your receipt for shipping charges. Reimbursement for Ground or USPS only.
       - Please allow 3-5 days for Replacement items to arrive at your shipping address.
